In a tech-savvy world, technology is opportunity. Unfortunately, many students who otherwise have the desire and potential for innovation, exploration, and creation lack the necessary tools. That’s why The Horizon Mainframe Foundations, a proud subsidiary of The Horizon Mainframe LLC, came into existence—to empower young innovators to understand their aspirations and secure their futures.

Our Mission

Where there is opportunity, there is inspiration. The Horizon Mainframe Foundations aims to donate modern computers and in-person STEM learning kits to elementary schools and youth programs throughout the United States so that the creators of tomorrow can be empowered from where they sit.

Access is Empowerment

Technology is a means to an end. A computer—even a five-year-old MacBook—is much more than just a device to young innovators. It’s the ultimate starting point for their STEM-centered journeys. Thanks to our provided computers and kits, students who might otherwise lack access can code, create, build, and problem-solve from a young age.

As of May 2025, The Horizon Mainframe Foundations has:

• Dodonated over $8,000 worth of computers to schools and young creators
• distributed over 120 STEM learning kits to classrooms and youth programs
• Empowered dozens of students with opportunities to learn coding, engineering, and design for the first time

All donations and distributions are investments in self-paced, inspired learning. When children are given the tools to create, they are empowered to see themselves as innovators—individuals who can bring ideas to life and develop solutions for the future.

Through the incredible generosity and vision of our parent company, The Horizon Mainframe LLC, we have secured over $10,000 in funding and $7,000 worth of computers to ensure The Horizon Mainframe Foundations came to fruition. Together, we foster sustainable, long-term empowerment for communities in need of such access.

Each step we take—whether it’s one computer or kit at a time, or multiple within a single community—brings us closer to a shared understanding that technology does not define the availability of innovation, but rather, imagination.
