There were some issues with delivery because of UPS. Throughout the issues I had with UPS, the seller never stopped looking for solutions to make the situation right at no extra expense to me. In fact, they upgraded it due to the delivery issues which they didn't have to do.

I've been very impressed with the computer so far. The only issue I had was with the product key for Windows and customer support was very quick to respond to me for that. I would buy from these guys again (assuming I could afford another PC).
Runs everything exceptionally. If you are like me and always built your own a bit behind to save money this is absolutely what you are looking for. Customer service is great. Excellent customer service and response times. They sent me a phone number that I texted with some support questions and sometimes they replied within a few minutes but always within the day. They even put in free upgrades to the computer and detailed them with a handwritten note. Love it.

Great system with high end specifications. Easy to set up. Turn it on and let the system automagically update Windows. Support is great with quick responses. LED aesthetics will enhance your working environment. The I9 and 64GB of ram its smoking fast. I am not a gamer so I cannot comment on that but I do process very large files and this system handles that task well.
